Editorial and listing policy

Who writes ZeoRent pages. Society and locality descriptions are compiled by the ZeoRent team from developer brochures, UP RERA records, public mapping data and feedback from partner brokers working in that society. Indicative prices follow the method on How we estimate prices.

Listings. Every listing is posted by a registered broker or owner and reviewed by an admin before going live. We remove listings with copied photos, wrong locations or unrealistic prices, and suspend repeat offenders.

Photos. We do not copy images from other portals. Society and area photographs are either our own, supplied by brokers, or openly licensed (Creative Commons) with the credit shown below the image.

Corrections. If anything on a page is wrong, email hello@zeorent.com with the URL. We aim to fix factual errors within two working days.
